Wake up to this view of a private lake from your waterfront home
from your refuge in the forest surrounded by birds and squirrels.
Time to take your canoe for a spin and resonate with nature.
Kuxtal Botik is another Rhed Todes project.
A gated sustainable community surrounded by beauty and culture located 10 kilometers
north of Bacalar, Quintana Roo, Mexico and 40 kilometers from Chetumal, the State Capital.
We are pre-selling eight of the twenty waterfront lots to raise funds
for the project. Each acre lot has approximately 4,000 sq. meters,
(42,240 sq. feet) with 30 meters (97.5 ft.) frontage on one of
the few private lakes in Mexico. We only allow canoes, kayaks
and non polluting boats on this pristine water source. Our
first eight sales will be for $22 US per square meter,
$88,000 US CASH.
This money will only be used for the project and the
prices for the remaining lake-front lots will be $40 US M2.
All the lots have large trees and several Palms. There is a private gate entering from the Chetumal Highway and a private road meandering through the forest to your lot. The property, 84.8 hectares (212 acres) is titled and registered in the State Land Registry.
Highway Front Lots
Kuxtal Botik is offering 1 hectare and 1/2 hectare lots fronting the Federal Highway #307.
The one hectare lots measure 100 meters by 100 meters and the 1/2 hectare lots measure
50 meters fronting the highway, going back 100 meters.
We have sold one hectare to 100% Natural, a health food restaurant, and the project will
include a nursery, a bamboo plantation, a workshop for making bamboo products,
a Mexican market and a recording studio on the property. Each highway lot will have
commercial zoning and immediate title registered in the Land Registry.
We are charging $20 M2 for the hectare lots ($200,000 US) and $22 M2 for the 1/2 hectare lots
